When using spells and tapping them, it changes the orientation of the screen.
I'd appreciate it if this could be changed. It's confusing enough on a small screen. I don't need my player turning around and around when I'm tapping a spell over and over. I hate it and makes me crazy. If you're in a large room and a monster moves under spell icon and you're tapping it, it changes your current target and starts shooting the one under the icon. Annoying. Please fix.
Also, when being gang-raped by multiple mobs and all you can do is die over and over and over, we need to be able to select a target while dead. When we stand up after losing an entire level of experience, it would be nice if we could hit a target rather than trying to find one. When using spells, you spin round and round (The area of the screen that has spells, should NOT be allowed to change the camera orientation, did you not notice this when you tested it?). You lose sight of the target that you were hitting. It sucks and again, this makes me crazy angry. I hate losing experience. I hate losing work that I've done. That removes the FUN aspect of the game for me.
I want to play the game and have fun, not get pissed because of a funky-UI issue because I chose spells and not a sword and board.
Mages die a lot, I get that - but come on. This is just silly.
When I turn the music off, please leave it off. If I change zones or reload the game, the music is on again.
I've really enjoyed playing the game. I've been cracking out on it over the weekend. There' s a couple things that really annoy the hell out of me though, I'd like to see it improved.
Dungeon Master was a favorite game of mine for a long time. This is a great representation of that game style and I'm loving it!

Something else I've noticed: When I'm clicking a spell and an item is under the icon, it selects the item. Then the popup comes up for Take or Leave. I HAVE to choose an option, the rest of the UI will not respond. I cannot move and I cannot fight. Meanwhile, I'm getting hammered on by mobs. Movement keys should always cancel whatever action is being performed, and move in the direction requested. |
