I know it would probably be really hard, but maybe adding an animation of weapon as you swing it would be a very interesting aesthetic affect to add to game game. Just a swinging sword across the screen whenever you strike or a hand when you cast a spell could make the game very immersing and possibly more appealing to more buyers!

I'll be adding an optional graphical enhancement with 3d models, animations, and hires textures after the expansion. I'll plan on adding weapon animations too. I have high resolution images of everything in the game, so all of it can be used for those purposes.

I would really love if there were some kind of death animation when killing an enemy. Like just some picture of it dying, maybe with blood or something. Just let it disappear into the ground, it is fine. That would be so cool :)

Yes that's really a nice idea and would look really very great and a good feeling on the winners face. Are the developers thinking upon this suggestion.

Yes, I have just received all of the 3d creature models for the game. I'm going to start working on implementing them into the game. I didn't request a death animation though. I could do what Eye of the Beholder and even the newer Grimrock does and explode the enemy into particles. Perhaps I could color the particles based on the creature and do one from each vertex of the model. That way it goes from the initial form to a bunch of particles. :)
