I really like the base skill system, an improvement imho would be
a) better documention as to what an upgrade does (magnitude/effect)
b) dependent on the points you spend on attributes (or maybe the way you mostly slay NPCs), you should get specific skill advancement, maybe in a tree-like setup
c) maybe a couple more skills for warrior types apart from weapon / armor upgradesĀ - maybe separate pure magic from the more 'manual' stuff?
