Currently, when getting knocked down in a save game created before version 1.10, there will be no option get get back up. I will fix this and upload the update later today. You can continue to play the game. Just make use of the new "Save Game" option and "Load Last Save" option. This should be similar to 'Normal' mode gameplay.

This issue has been fixed in 1.11.
